The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which relate to Mr Saghir working as a caseworker/paralegal at a firm between 1 December 2021 and 26 January 2023 while suspended by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) from practising as a solicitor without the SRA's permission when he knew/ought to have known that such permission was required and acting as a solicitor during the period of suspension without a practising certificate.
The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
